Anushka Sharma has been on a heightened ever seeing that Band Baaja Baaraat

The young star is gearing up for the release of Patiala House, which hits the screens this Friday.
Although she plays a Punjabi character in the movie, Anushka is unperturbed about being typecast. The leggy lass has played a Punjabi girl in three out of her four releases. However, Anushka believes that as long as her characters are unique and the audience can relate to them, she does not mind. She added that she is comfortable carrying the girl-next-door tag as well, and will doll up for a glamorous role as and when required.
On a lighter note, Anushka also revealed that her Band Baaja Baaraat co-star Ranveer Singh, with whom she has been romantically linked, calls her bhaltu (scatterbrain). The former model confesses that it?s an apt word for her as she is quite absent-minded.
